 AN ACT to authorize the village of Massena, in the town  of  Massena  in
   the  county  of  St.    Lawrence, to alienate certain parklands and to
   dedicate other lands as parklands

   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1.  Subject  to  the  provisions  of this act, the village of
 Massena, in the town of Massena in the county of St. Lawrence, is hereby
 authorized to discontinue and alienate as parkland the  lands  described
 in section three of this act.
   §  2.  The  authorization provided in section one of this act shall be
 effective only upon the condition that the village of Massena  dedicates
 the lands described in section four of this act as parkland.
   §  3. The parklands authorized by section one of this act to be alien-
 ated are described as follows:
   Beginning at the Northwest corner of the DPW parcel  heading  East  to
 point  thence  N51°  59' 02.93"E a distance of 74.690' to a point thence
 S84° 33' 20.41"E a distance of 382.067' to a  point  thence  S  40°  59'
 13.92"E  a  distance  of  128.832'  to  point  thence N48° 57' 07.37"E a
 distance of 212.743' to point thence S53°  13'  39.22"W  a  distance  of
 256.098'  to  point  thence  S32°  45' 40.75'E a distance of 636.407' to
 point thence S57° 14' 19.25"W a distance of  456.173'  to  point  thence
 N31° 40' 07.28"W a distance of 947.012' to beginning
   §  4.  Prior  to  the  discontinuance  and  alienation of the parkland
 described in section three of this act, the  village  of  Massena  shall
 dedicate as parkland such land described as follows:
   Beginning  at  the  Northwest corner of the GDP parcel heading East to
 point thence N56° 55' 03.64"E a distance of 530.823' to a  point  thence
 S31°  54'  28.45"E  a  distance of 1121.453' to a point thence S 57° 19'

 AN  ACT  to  authorize the village of Massena, in the town of Massena in
   the county of St.   Lawrence, to alienate  certain  parklands  and  to
   dedicate other lands as parklands
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Subject to the provisions  of  this  act,  the  village  of
 Massena, in the town of Massena in the county of St. Lawrence, is hereby
 authorized  to  discontinue and alienate as parkland the lands described
 in section three of this act.
   § 2. The authorization provided in section one of this  act  shall  be
 effective  only upon the condition that the village of Massena dedicates
 the lands described in section four of this act as parkland.
   § 3. The parklands authorized by section one of this act to be  alien-
 ated consist of 11.6 acres and are described as follows:
   Beginning  at  the  Northwest corner of the DPW parcel heading East to
 point thence N51° 59' 02.93"E a distance of 74.690' to  a  point  thence
 S84°  33'  20.41"E  a  distance  of 382.067' to a point thence S 40° 59'
 13.92"E a distance of 128.832'  to  point  thence  N48°  57'  07.37"E  a
 distance  of  212.743'  to  point  thence S53° 13' 39.22"W a distance of
 256.098' to point thence S32° 45' 40.75'E  a  distance  of  636.407'  to
 point  thence  S57°  14'  19.25"W a distance of 456.173' to point thence
 N31° 40' 07.28"W a distance of 947.012' to beginning
   § 4. Prior to  the  discontinuance  and  alienation  of  the  parkland
 described  in  section  three  of this act, the village of Massena shall
 dedicate as parkland such land consisting of  13.3  acres  described  as
 follows:
   Beginning  at  the  Northwest corner of the GDP parcel heading East to
 point thence N56° 55' 03.64"E a distance of 530.823' to a  point  thence

   Beginning at the Northwest corner of the GPD parcel (NYS Plane Coordi-
 nates  N  2220205.77,  E  395222.04)  thence  heading N43° 52' 49.16"E a
 distance of 1114.68' to a point  thence  S41°53'56.05"E  a  distance  of
 718.28'  to  a point thence S57° 14' 19.25"W a distance of 1207.21' to a
 point thence N31° 40' 07.28"W a distance of 451.71' to Point  of  Begin-
 ning. Approximate area of 15.4 acres.
   §  4.  Prior  to  the  discontinuance  and  alienation of the parkland
 described in section three of this act, the  village  of  Massena  shall
 dedicate  as  parkland  such  land consisting of 23.8 acres described as
 follows:

 AN  ACT  to  authorize the village of Massena, in the town of Massena in
   the county of St.   Lawrence, to alienate  certain  parklands  and  to
   dedicate other lands as parklands
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Subject to the provisions  of  this  act,  the  village  of
 Massena, in the town of Massena in the county of St. Lawrence, acting by
 and  through  its  governing  body and upon such terms and conditions as
 determined by such board is hereby authorized to  discontinue  as  park-
 lands  and alienate the lands described in section three of this act for
 the purpose of the expansion of an existing village department of public
 works facility.
   § 2. The authorization provided in section one of this  act  shall  be
 effective  only upon the condition that the village of Massena dedicates
 the lands described in section four of this  act  as  parkland  provided
 that  the  village  of Massena has never used such lands for public open
 space or park purposes.
   § 3. The parklands authorized by section one of this act to be  alien-
 ated consist of 15.4 acres and are described as follows:
   Beginning at the Northwest corner of the GPD parcel (NYS Plane Coordi-
 nates  N  2220205.77,  E  395222.04)  thence  heading N43° 52' 49.16"E a
 distance of 1114.68' to a point  thence  S41°53'56.05"E  a  distance  of
 718.28'  to  a point thence S57° 14' 19.25"W a distance of 1207.21' to a
 point thence N31° 40' 07.28"W a distance of 451.71' to Point  of  Begin-
 ning. Said parcel containing 15.4 acres more or less.
