 AN ACT to amend chapter 62 of the laws  of  2003,  amending  the  public
   service  law  relating to establishing the New York telecommunications
   relay service center, in relation to extending certain  provisions  of
   such center
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Section 4 of part H1 of chapter 62 of  the  laws  of  2003,
 amending  the  public  service law relating to establishing the New York
 telecommunications relay service center, as amended by  chapter  149  of
 the laws of 2012, is amended to read as follows:
   §  4.  This act shall take effect on April 1, 2003, provided, however,
 if this act shall become a law after such  date  it  shall  take  effect
 immediately and shall be deemed to have been in full force and effect on
 and  after  April 1, 2003, provided, further, that section three of this
 act shall expire on June 1, [2018] 2020.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.

   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
