 Introduced  by  Sen.  CROCI  -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
   printed to be committed to the Committee on Local Government
 
 AN ACT to amend chapter 350 of the laws of 2012 relating to the  convey-
   ance  of  land  formerly  used as an armory to the town of Brookhaven,
   county of Suffolk, in relation to authorizing  the  lease  of  certain
   lands transferred to the North Patchogue Fire District
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Section 4 of chapter 350 of the laws of  2012  relating  to
 the  conveyance of land formerly used as an armory to the town of Brook-
 haven, county of Suffolk, as amended by section 1 of part FF of  chapter
 55 of the laws of 2014, is amended to read as follows:
   §  4. Any lands transferred pursuant to this act shall be used for the
 purposes of the North Patchogue Fire District  to  utilize  the  subject
 property  and  improve  the structures for fire protection and emergency
 services uses [and upon]. PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THE  NORTH  PATCHOGUE  FIRE
 DISTRICT  MAY  LEASE, IN CONSIDERATION OF ONE DOLLAR, A PORTION OF LANDS
 TRANSFERRED PURSUANT TO THIS ACT, AND STRUCTURES THEREUPON, TO THE EAST-
 ERN SUFFOLK BOARD OF COOPERATIVE EDUCATIONAL  SERVICES  FOR  EDUCATIONAL
 AND  ADMINISTRATIVE  PURPOSES. THE LEASE MAY STIPULATE THAT THE BOARD OF
 COOPERATIVE EDUCATIONAL SERVICES MAINTAIN THE BUILDING AND THE  PROPERTY
 AREA  THAT THEY UTILIZE. UPON termination of such use title to the lands
 so transferred shall revert to the state of New York.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
