Section 305 of the education law is amended by adding a new subdivision 56 to read as follows: 56. THE COMMISSIONER SHALL RESCHEDULE, WITHIN TWENTY BUSINESS DAYS, ANY REGENTS EXAMINATION THAT WAS CANCELLED FOR ANY REASON. § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
