   printed to be committed to the Committee on Investigations and Govern-
   ment Operations
 
 AN ACT to amend chapter 325 of the laws of 2015, authorizing the commis-
   sioner of general services to transfer and convey certain  unappropri-
   ated state land to the county of Greene, in relation to using the land
   for  a  911  backup  emergency call center and sheriff administration,
   on-site mitigation and a solar field for the benefit  of  the  correc-
   tional facility or 911 backup emergency call center
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Subdivision (a) of section 5 of chapter 325 of the laws  of
 2015,  authorizing  the commissioner of general services to transfer and
 convey certain unappropriated state land to the  county  of  Greene,  is
 amended to read as follows:
   (a)  The  land described in this act shall be used exclusively for the
 purposes of operating and maintaining a  county  correctional  facility,
 INCLUDING A 911 BACKUP EMERGENCY CALL CENTER AND SHERIFF ADMINISTRATION,
 AS  WELL  AS ON-SITE MITIGATION AND IF CIRCUMSTANCES DICTATE, THE POTEN-
 TIAL TO INSTALL A SOLAR FIELD WHICH WOULD SOLELY BE FOR THE  BENEFIT  OF
 THE CORRECTIONAL FACILITY AND 911 BACKUP EMERGENCY CALL CENTER.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
