 Introduced  by  Sen. LAVALLE -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
   printed to be committed to the Committee on Environmental Conservation
 
 AN ACT to amend chapter 225 of the laws of 2015 relating to the  manage-
   ment and conservation of horseshoe crabs, in relation to extending the
   provision of such chapter for two years

   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Section 2 of chapter 225 of the laws of  2015  relating  to
 the  management  and conservation of horseshoe crabs, is amended to read
 as follows:
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall  expire  and  be
 deemed repealed December 31, [2017] 2019.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
