THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. Notwithstanding any other provision of any law to the

ized to accept from Godian Fellowship Inc. an application for exemption
from real property taxes pursuant to section 11-246 of the administra-
tive code of the city of New York, for the assessment rolls for 2015,
2016 and 2017 for certain property owned by Godian Fellowship Inc.
