BILL NUMBER: S7174 SPONSOR: SERINO TITLE OF BILL: An act to amend the executive law, in relation to designating certain lakes as inland waterways PURPOSE: To designate certain lakes in the Town of Kent as inland waterways. SUMMARY OF PROVISIONS: Section 1. Paragraph (a) of subdivision 4 of section 911 of the Execu- tive Law is amended by adding Carmel, Drew, Kentwood, Nimham, Palmer, Sagamore, Seven Hills, South and Tibet lakes to the list of New York State's major inland lakes. Paragraph (a) of subdivision 4 of section 911 of the execu- tive law, as separately amended by chapters 43, 255 and 433 of the laws of 2017, is amended to read as follows: (a) the state's major inland lakes consisting of lakes Baldwin, Ball- ston, Big Tupper, Black, Campfire, Canadarago, Canandaigua, CARMEL, Cayuga, Champlain, Charles, Chateaugay, Chautauqua, Conesus, Cranberry, DREW, East Caroga, Echo (in the county of Westchester), George, Glenco- ma, Great Sacandaga, Honeoye, Indian, KENTWOOD, Keuka, Little Wolf (in the county of Franklin), Lincolndale, Long, Lost (in the county of Putnam), Mirror, MacGregor, Mahopac, NIMHAM, Northville, Oneida, Ononda- ga, Ossi, Otisco, Otsego, Owasco, PALMER, Peach, Placid, Purdys, Putnam, Raquette, Ronkonkoma, Sacandaga, Saratoga, Schroon, Secor, Seneca, Shenorock, Skaneateles, Silver (in the county of Wyoming), SAGAMORE, Saranac, SEVEN HILLS, SOUTH (IN THE COUNTY OF PUTNAM), TIBET, and Tonet- ta, Teakettle Spout, West Caroga and Wixon, Simon (in the county of Franklin) and the Fulton chain of lakes; § 2.
