BILL NUMBER: S7657 SPONSOR: TEDISCO TITLE OF BILL: An act to amend the executive law, in relation to including Round lake in the list of inland waterways eligible for the local waterfront revitalization program PURPOSE OF THE BILL: The purpose of this bill is to allow the communities surrounding Round Lake to apply for New York State Local Waterfront Revitalization Program funds. SUMMARY OF PROVISIONS: Section 1 amends paragraph (a) of subdivision 4 of section 911 of the executive law to add Round Lake to the list of the state's major inland lakes. Section 2 establishes the effective date.

TEDISCO, MARCHIONE -- read twice and ordered print- ed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Finance AN ACT to amend the executive law, in relation to including Round lake in the list of inland waterways eligible for the local waterfront revitalization program THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Paragraph (a) of subdivision 4 of section 911 of the execu- tive law, as separately amended by chapters 43, 255 and 433 of the laws of 2017, is amended to read as follows: (a) the state's major inland lakes consisting of lakes Baldwin, Ball- ston, Big Tupper, Black, Campfire, Canadarago, Canandaigua, Cayuga, Champlain, Charles, Chateaugay, Chautauqua, Conesus, Cranberry, East Caroga, Echo (in the county of Westchester), George, Glencoma, Great Sacandaga, Honeoye, Indian, Keuka, Little Wolf (in the county of Frank- lin), Lincolndale, Long, Lost (in the county of Putnam), Mirror, MacGre- gor, Mahopac, Northville, Oneida, Onondaga, Ossi, Otisco, Otsego, Owas- co, Peach, Placid, Purdys, Putnam, Raquette, Ronkonkoma, ROUND, Sacandaga, Saratoga, Schroon, Secor, Seneca, Shenorock, Skaneateles, Silver (in the county of Wyoming), Saranac and Tonetta, Teakettle Spout, West Caroga and Wixon, Simon (in the county of Franklin) and the Fulton chain of lakes; § 2.
