 AN  ACT  authorizing  the  village  of Angola and the city of Buffalo to
   correct a boundary line between certain  properties  in  the  town  of
   Evans in the county of Erie

   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Subject to the provisions of this act the Village of Angola
 and the City of Buffalo are hereby authorized to correct the location of
 a boundary line between properties of the Village of Angola to the south
 and land of Bennett Beach (Formerly Buffalo City Beach) to the North.
   The boundary line shall be as follows:
   Beginning at a point in a westerly line in the highway  running  along
 the  shore  of  Lake  Erie past premises formerly known as Bennett Home-
 stead, where said westerly line of the highway  is  intersected  by  the
 northerly  line  of  lands heretofore conveyed to Clark Roberts; running
 thence northerly along the westerly line of said highway 26.16  feet  to
 the  actual place of beginning; thence westerly at a 90 degree angle 107
 feet to a point; thence northwesterly at a 45 degree angle  as  measured
 north to west 113.13 feet to a point; thence westerly along a line form-
 ing  an  angle  of  134  degrees  10  minutes and 21 seconds as measured
 northwesterly to westerly 453.13 feet more or less to the shores of Lake
 Erie all as shown as being a line established  from  a  survey  made  by
 Howard  Mandell City Surveyor Map No. 2376 No. 4001 dated June, 1991 and
 redated November 18, 1996 and more particularly shown on the  survey  of
 Frederick M.  Manguso dated June 26, 1996 under Project No. 96104.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
