S T A T E O F N E W Y O R K ________________________________________________________________________ 6554 2019-2020 Regular Sessions I N A S S E M B L Y March 11, 2019 ___________ Introduced by M. of A. OTIS -- read once and referred to the Committee on Ways and Means AN ACT to amend chapter 381 of the laws of 2010 amending the tax law relating to the imposition of an occupancy tax in the village of Rye Brook, in relation to extending the expiration thereof THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 2 of chapter 381 of the laws of 2010 amending the tax law relating to the imposition of an occupancy tax in the village of Rye Brook, as amended by chapter 290 of the laws of 2016, is amended to read as follows: § 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall expire and be deemed repealed September 1, [2019] 2022. § 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD10212-01-9
