STAVISKY -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Higher Education AN ACT to amend the education law, in relation to requiring certain professionals to provide and the state education department to collect information about the practice of their professions THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The education law is amended by adding a new section 6502-a to read as follows: § 6502-A. RENEWAL OF PROFESSIONAL LICENSE, CERTIFICATION, OR REGISTRA- TION. 1.
