BILL NUMBER: S6329 SPONSOR: KAMINSKY TITLE OF BILL: An act to amend chapter 413 of the laws of 2015, amending the executive law relating to quarterly claim reports for certain disaster assistance, in relation to the expiration thereof PURPOSE OR GENERAL IDEA OF BILL: The purpose of this bill is to extend Chapter 413 of the laws of 2015. SUMMARY OF PROVISIONS: This bill would extend for four years, the requirement to produce a quarterly report on the status of all claims currently pending for disaster relief. KAMINSKY -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Rules AN ACT to amend chapter 413 of the laws of 2015, amending the executive law relating to quarterly claim reports for certain disaster assist- ance, in relation to the expiration thereof THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 2 of chapter 413 of the laws of 2015, amending the executive law relating to quarterly claim reports for certain disaster assistance, is amended to read as follows: § 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall expire and be deemed repealed December 2, [2019] 2023. § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
