 AN ACT authorizing the county of Nassau to alienate and  sell  parklands
   to the Coleman Country Day Camp and Coleson Properties, LLC
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Subject to the  provisions  of  this  act,  the  county  of
 Nassau,  acting  by and through its legislature, and upon such terms and
 conditions as determined by such legislature, is  hereby  authorized  to
 discontinue  as  parkland  and to sell and convey the lands described in
 section three of this act, to the Coleman Country Day Camp  and  Coleson
 Properties, LLC.
   §  2.  The authorization contained in section one of this act shall be
 effective only upon the condition that the county of Nassau dedicate  an
 amount  equal  to  the fair market value of those interests being trans-
 ferred by this act, for the acquisition of additional  parklands  and/or
 capital improvements to existing park and recreational facilities.
   §  3.  The  lands  to  be  discontinued as parklands and alienated are
 described as follows:
   All that plot and parcel of land  situated  near  Roosevelt,  Town  of
 Hempstead,  Nassau County, New York adjacent to property in Roosevelt in
 Section 55, Block F, Lots 2, 35, 45, 46 and more particularly  described
 as follows:
   Commencing  at  the  northwest  corner of the herein described parcel,
 said point located the following nine (9)  courses  from  the  southwest
 corner  of  Seaman  Court  and Hempstead Babylon Turnpike; N75°-04'-20"E
 along Seaman Court 100 feet; S27°-01'-40"E  123.27  feet;  N81°-46'-20"E
 146.50   feet;   N16°-52'-50"W  1.01  feet;  N81°-46'-20"E  50.57  feet;
 S16°-52'-50"E 1.01 feet; N81°-46'-20"E 101.14 feet; S16°-36'-20"E  54.16
 feet;  S16°-18'-00"E  100.67  feet  to  the point or place of beginning;
 Thence the  following  seventeen  (17)  courses  along  existing  fences

 AN  ACT  authorizing the county of Nassau to alienate and sell parklands
   to the Coleman Country Day Camp and Coleson Properties, LLC
 
   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1.  Subject  to  the  provisions  of  this act, the county of
 Nassau, acting by and through its governing body, and  upon  such  terms
 and  conditions  as  determined  by  such  body, is hereby authorized to
 discontinue as parkland and to sell and convey at fair market value  the
 lands described in section three of this act, to the Coleman Country Day
 Camp and Coleson Properties, LLC, provided such lands are maintained for
 the continued operation as a recreational day camp.
   §  2.  The authorization contained in section one of this act shall be
 effective only upon the condition that the county of Nassau dedicate  an
 amount  equal  to or greater than the fair market value of the parklands
 being discontinued toward the acquisition of new parklands and/or  capi-
 tal improvements to existing park and recreational facilities.
   §  3. The parklands authorized by section one of this act to be alien-
 ated are described as follows:
   All that plot and parcel of land  situated  near  Roosevelt,  Town  of
 Hempstead,  Nassau County, New York adjacent to property in Roosevelt in
 Section 55, Block F, Lots 2, 35, 45, 46 and more particularly  described
 as follows:
