 Introduced  by  Sen. HELMING -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
   printed to be committed to the Committee on Local Government
 
 AN ACT to amend the local finance law, in  relation  to  establishing  a
   period of probable usefulness for airport construction and improvement
   of the Ithaca Tompkins International Airport
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Paragraph a of section 11.00 of the local  finance  law  is
 amended by adding a new subdivision 14-b to read as follows:
    14-B.  AIRPORT  CONSTRUCTION  AND  IMPROVEMENT OF THE ITHACA TOMPKINS
 INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. THE CONSTRUCTION, RECONSTRUCTION, OR EXTENSION OF
 THE ITHACA TOMPKINS INTERNATIONAL  AIRPORT,  WHETHER  OR  NOT  INCLUDING
 BUILDINGS,  HANGARS,  RUNWAYS, TAXI-STRIPS, PAVED AREAS, PERIMETER FENC-
 ING, GRADING, FILLING, DRAINAGE OR OTHER SITE  WORK,  THIRTY-YEARS;  THE
 ACQUISITION  AND  INSTALLATION  OF AN ABOVE GROUND AIRCRAFT FUEL FARM AT
 THE ITHACA TOMPKINS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, INCLUDING  CONNECTING  PIPES,
 VALVES, METERS, PUMPS, CONCRETE SPILL CONTAINMENT FACILITIES, AND APPUR-
 TENANT FACILITIES, TWENTY-FIVE YEARS.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
