 Introduced  by  Sen.  JORDAN -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
   printed to be committed to the Committee on Investigations and Govern-
   ment Operations
 
 AN ACT to amend chapter 556 of the laws of 2007  amending  the  tax  law
   relating  to  the imposition of an additional real estate transfer tax
   within the county of Columbia, in relation to the effectiveness there-
   of

   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1.  Section 2 of chapter 556 of the laws of 2007 amending the
 tax law relating to the imposition of an additional real estate transfer
 tax within the county of Columbia, as amended by section 1 of part D  of
 chapter 61 of the laws of 2017, is amended to read as follows:
   §  2.  This  act shall take effect immediately and shall expire and be
 deemed repealed on December 31, [2020] 2023.
