S T A T E O F N E W Y O R K ________________________________________________________________________ 10171 I N A S S E M B L Y May 4, 2022 ___________ Introduced by COMMITTEE ON RULES -- (at request of M. of A. Tannousis) -- read once and referred to the Committee on Environmental Conserva- tion AN ACT to rename the Oakwood Beach wetland the Russell Timoshenko wetland THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The area managed by the department of environmental conser- vation known as Oakwood Beach wetland, located in Richmond county, shall after the effective date of this act be known as the Russell Timoshenko wetland and shall be suitably marked in a manner prescribed by the commissioner of environmental conservation. § 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD15606-01-2
