 AN  ACT  to  rename  the  Oakwood  Beach  wetland the Russell Timoshenko
   wetland
 
   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

   Section 1. The area managed by the department of environmental conser-
 vation known as Oakwood Beach wetland, located in Richmond county, shall
 after  the effective date of this act be known as the Russell Timoshenko
 wetland and shall be suitably marked  in  a  manner  prescribed  by  the
 commissioner of environmental conservation.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
