 AN ACT to amend chapter 381 of the laws of 2010  amending  the  tax  law
   relating  to  the imposition of an occupancy tax in the village of Rye
   Brook, in relation to extending the expiration thereof
 
   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1.  Section 2 of chapter 381 of the laws of 2010 amending the
 tax law relating to the imposition of an occupancy tax in the village of
 Rye Brook, as amended by chapter 211 of the laws of 2019, is amended  to
 read as follows:
   §  2.  This  act shall take effect immediately and shall expire and be
 deemed repealed September 1, [2022] 2025.
