 AN ACT to amend the administrative code of the  city  of  New  York,  in
   relation to school bus parking on city streets

   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. The administrative code of the city of New York is  amended
 by adding a new section 19-610 to read as follows:
   §  19-610  SCHOOL BUS PARKING ON A CITY STREET. NO SCHOOL BUS OPERATED
 BY OR PURSUANT TO A CONTRACT WITH THE BOARD OF EDUCATION SHALL:
   (A) PARK ON A CITY STREET ON WEEKDAYS BETWEEN THE HOURS OF  FIVE  P.M.
 AND FIVE A.M., OR
   (B)  PARK  ON A CITY STREET ON WEEKENDS BETWEEN THE HOURS OF FIVE P.M.
 ON FRIDAY AND FIVE A.M. ON MONDAY.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.

   § 2. This act shall take effect on the one hundred eightieth day after
