 Introduced  by Sen. BORRELLO -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
   printed to be committed to the Committee on Investigations and Govern-
   ment Operations
 
 AN ACT to amend chapter 98 of the laws of 2009,  amending  the  tax  law
   relating  to  authorizing the county of Cattaraugus to impose an addi-
   tional mortgage recording tax, in relation to the effectiveness there-
   of
 
   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1.  Section 2 of chapter 98 of the laws of 2009, amending the
 tax law relating to authorizing the county of Cattaraugus to  impose  an
 additional  mortgage recording tax, as amended by chapter 16 of the laws
 of 2019, is amended to read as follows:
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall  expire  and  be
 deemed repealed December 1, [2021] 2023.
