 AN ACT relating to providing public awareness of COVID-19  and  programs
   and resources
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

   Section 1. The superintendent of financial services  shall  compile  a
 comprehensive list of all COVID-19 related programs and resources avail-
 able  to  consumers,  student loan debtors, senior citizens, small busi-
 nesses, renters and homeowners,  which  are  implemented  at  the  state
 level. Such information, including a summary of each such program, shall
 be  made  available  on a single webpage and shall provide a link to the
 internet site for each such program or resource.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.

 AN ACT relating to providing public awareness of COVID-19  programs  and
   resources

   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. No later than fifteen days after the effective date of this
 act, the superintendent of financial services shall begin  publishing  a
 comprehensive list of all COVID-19 related programs and resources avail-
 able  to  consumers,  student loan debtors, senior citizens, small busi-
 nesses, renters and homeowners,  which  are  implemented  at  the  state
 level.  Thereafter, when a new state-supported COVID-19 related resource
 or program becomes available,  the  information  required  by  this  act
 regarding  that  program  or  resource shall be posted on the website no
 later than five business days after it becomes available.  Such informa-
 tion, including a  summary  or  description  of  each  such  program  or
 resource,  shall be made available on a single webpage and shall provide
 a link to the internet site for each such program or resource.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
