 AN ACT to repeal certain provisions of the criminal procedure law relat-
   ing to persons who are police officers
 
   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1.  Paragraph  (l)  of  subdivision 34 of section 1.20 of the
 criminal procedure law is REPEALED.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
