Fair packaging and labeling of containers
Agriculture & Markets (AGM) CHAPTER 69, ARTICLE 16
§ 193. Fair packaging and labeling of containers. When commodities are
sold, or offered or exposed for sale in containers, the net quantity of
the contents shall be plainly and conspicuously marked, branded or
otherwise indicated, on a label or tag attached thereto, in terms of
weight, measure, numerical count or other unit as may be prescribed by
the commissioner.
