Application of article
Executive (EXC) CHAPTER 18, ARTICLE 7-A
§ 175-a. Application of article. This article shall not be construed
to limit or restrict the exercise of the powers or the performance of
the duties of the attorney general or district attorney which they
otherwise are authorized to exercise or perform under any other
provision of law.
