Rental vehicle
Vehicle & Traffic (VAT) CHAPTER 71, TITLE 1, ARTICLE 1
§ 137-a. Rental vehicle. A vehicle owned by a person engaged in the
business of renting or leasing vehicles which is rented or leased
without a driver to a person other than the owner and is registered in
the name of such owner.
