LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION commending Dr. Hal Teitelbaum, MBA, of Crystal
Run Healthcare upon the occasion of his designation as recipient of the
2009 Sullivan County "Good Scout" Award

WHEREAS, It is the custom of this Legislative Body to recognize and pay
tribute to those individuals within this great Empire State who have
made strong contributions to their communities and who inspire others
through their model citizenship; and
WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its long-
standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to commend
Dr. Hal Teitelbaum, MBA, upon the occasion of his designation as recipi-
ent of the 2009 Sullivan County "Good Scout" Award to be celebrated at a
reception on Thursday, May 28, 2009, at Monticello Casino & Raceway,
Monticello, New York; and
WHEREAS, Managing Partner and CEO of Crystal Run Healthcare, Dr. Hal
Teitelbaum has been called upon to contribute his time and talents to
countless civic and charitable endeavors and has always given of himself
unstintingly; and
WHEREAS, Throughout the entire period of his community service, a
period of constructive involvement, Dr. Hal Teitelbaum has stood
constant in dignity, good grace and humor; and
WHEREAS, Rare indeed is the impressive dedication shown by an individ-
ual for the benefit of others which Dr. Hal Teitelbaum has displayed
throughout his life; and
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body that individuals who
exemplify a spirit of humanity should be celebrated for their noble
efforts on behalf of others; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
commend Dr. Hal Teitelbaum, MBA, of Crystal Run Healthcare upon the
occasion of his designation as recipient of the 2009 Sullivan County
"Good Scout" Award; and be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran-
smitted to Dr. Hal Teitelbaum, P.O. Box 52, Bethel, New York 12720.
