LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION honoring Zach Casale upon the occasion of his
designation as recipient of the Community Service Award from the Pine
Avenue Business Association

WHEREAS, Individuals who give of their time and energies and serve the
best interests of their communities are an asset beyond remuneration and
cannot be sufficiently extolled; and
WHEREAS, Zach Casale has given not only of his time and energies but
also of his competence, intelligence and leadership and consequently has
been designated for special honor; and
WHEREAS, This Legislative Body is justly proud to honor Zach Casale
upon the occasion of his designation as recipient of the Community
Service Award from the Pine Avenue Business Association to be celebrated
at its Annual Directors' Dinner Dance on Saturday, March 7, 2009, at
Antonio's Restaurant, Banquet and Conference Center, Niagara Falls, New
York; and
WHEREAS, A lifelong resident of Niagara Falls, New York, Zach Casale
received his Master's degree from the University of Buffalo in Urban
Management and Community Development in 2009; and
WHEREAS, Furthermore, Zach Casale has his realtor license with Michael
Hooper at Hooper's Realty, and is a member of the Zoning Board of
Appeals, as well as the Vice President of the Center City Neighborhood
Housing; and
WHEREAS, Zach Casale has been called upon to contribute his time and
talents to countless civic and charitable endeavors and has always given
of himself unstintingly; and
WHEREAS, Throughout the entire period of his community service, a
period of constructive involvement, Zach Casale has stood constant in
dignity, good grace and humor; and
WHEREAS, Rare indeed is the impressive dedication shown by an individ-
ual for the benefit of others which Zach Casale has displayed throughout
his life; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
honor Zach Casale upon the occasion of his designation as recipient of
the Community Service Award from the Pine Avenue Business Association;
and be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran-
smitted to Zach Casale.
