LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION honoring Ginny McClean upon the occasion of her
designation for special recognition by the Chamber of Commerce of the
Bellmores

WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to recognize that the
quality and character of life in the communities across New York State
are reflective of the concerned and dedicated efforts of those who would
devote themselves to the welfare of the community and its citizenry; and
WHEREAS, Ginny McClean has given not only of her time and energies but
also of her competence, intelligence and leadership and consequently has
been designated for special honor; and
WHEREAS, This Legislative Body is justly proud to honor Ginny McClean
upon the occasion of her designation for special recognition by the
Chamber of Commerce of the Bellmores, to be celebrated on Saturday,
January 21, 2012, in Woodbury, New York; and
WHEREAS, This special event, titled "Sweet Memories", is the Chamber
of Commerce of the Bellmores' 2012 Installation Dinner Dance; festiv-
ities will be held at the Woodbury Country Club; and
WHEREAS, Throughout the entire period of her community service, a
period of constructive involvement, Ginny McClean has stood constant in
dignity, good grace and humor; she is an outgoing Director for the Cham-
ber of Commerce of the Bellmores; and
WHEREAS, Rare indeed is the impressive dedication shown by an individ-
ual for the benefit of others which Ginny McClean has displayed through-
out her life; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
honor Ginny McClean upon the occasion of her designation for special
recognition by the Chamber of Commerce of the Bellmores; and be it
further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran-
smitted to Ginny McClean.
