SENATE RESOLUTION establishing a plan setting forth an itemized list of
grantees for certain appropriations in the 2012-2013 state fiscal year

RESOLVED, (if the &HOUSE concur), In addition to grants allocated pursu-
ant to chapter 53 of the laws of 2012 within the State Education Depart-
ment Aid To Localities bill page 180 which included:

Additional funds appropriated in State fiscal year 2012 pursuant to
chapter 53 of the laws of 2012 which enacts the aid to localities budget
to the education department under the prekindergarten through grade
twelve education program from the general fund, local assistance
account, for additional grants in aid to school districts, libraries,
not for profit educational institutions for the 2012-13 school year
shall be allocated only pursuant to a plan setting forth in an itemized
list of grantees with the amount to be received by each. Such plan shall
be subject to the approval of the temporary president of the senate and
the director of the budget and thereafter shall be included in a resol-
ution calling for the expenditure of such monies, which resolution must
be approved by a majority vote of all members elected to the senate upon
a roll call vote, in accordance with the following schedule:

Funds originally appropriated in 2011 pursuant to chapter 53 of the laws
of 2011 and reappropriated pursuant to chapter 53 of the laws of 2012
which enacts the aid to localities budget to the education department
under the prekindergarten through grade twelve education program from
the general fund, local assistance account, for additional grants in aid
to school districts, libraries, not for profit educational institutions
for the 2011-12 school year shall be allocated only pursuant to a plan
setting forth in an itemized list of grantees with the amount to be

received by each. Such plan shall be subject to the approval of the
temporary president of the senate and the director of the budget and
thereafter shall be included in a resolution calling for the expenditure
of such monies, which resolution must be approved by a majority vote of
all members elected to the senate upon a roll call vote, in accordance
with the following schedule:
