LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION honoring Minister Monique Austin upon the occa-
sion of her designation for special recognition by the Ambassador For
Christ International Outreach Ministry and Gateway Christian Center on
Sunday, May 4, 2014

WHEREAS, The character and richness of religious and community life in
this noble Empire State are nourished and fulfilled through the faithful
concern and selfless devotion of those who would commit their energies
and purpose to the ministry of others; and
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to bring full recog-
nition and just tribute to those individuals who distinguish themselves
and the ministry through their unremitting commitment and preeminence of
service; and
WHEREAS, This Legislative Body is justly proud to honor Minister
Monique Austin upon the occasion of her designation for special recogni-
tion by the Ambassador For Christ International Outreach Ministry and
Gateway Christian Center at its 4th Annual Pastors and Women of
Distinction Appreciation Awards Gala on Sunday, May 4, 2014, at Floral
Terrace, Floral Park, New York; and
WHEREAS, Minister Monique Austin is being recognized for her exemplary
work and commitment to her community, which serves to empower others;
and
WHEREAS, Currently, Minister Monique Austin serves as the Associate
Minister and First Lady at Kingdom Life Ministries, St. Albans, New
York; and is also the Overseer of Evangelist and Women Outreach Minis-
tries; and
WHEREAS, She is the President/Founder and the visionary of Women
Empower at Kingdom Life Ministries International, an interdenominational
outreach ministry which holds women conferences, singles, marriage,
prophetic revivals and seminars; and
WHEREAS, This vital organization was established as a women's outreach
ministry designed to empower and motivate women to know their purpose in
life and accomplish their dreams; however, it has since touched the
lives of not only women throughout the tri-state area but their families
and friends as well; and
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body that when a person
of such noble aims and accomplishments is brought to our attention it is
appropriate to publicly and jubilantly proclaim and commend that indi-
vidual for the edification of others; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
honor Minister Monique Austin upon the occasion of her designation for
special recognition by the Ambassador For Christ International Outreach
Ministry and Gateway Christian Center on Sunday, May 4, 2014, noting her
unremitting and compassionate faith and her exemplary service to God,
man, and her community; and be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran-
smitted to Minister Monique Austin.
