ASSEMBLY RESOLUTION establishing a plan setting forth an itemized list
of grantees for certain appropriations in the 2015-2016 state fiscal
year
RESOLVED (if the &HOUSE concur), In addition to grants allocated pursu-
ant to chapter 61 of the laws of 2015 within the State Education Depart-
ment Aid To Localities:
For additional grants in aid to certain school districts, public
libraries and not-for-profit institutions. Notwithstanding any
provision of law this appropriation shall be allocated only pursuant to
a plan setting forth an itemized list of grantees with the amount to be
received by each, or the methodology for allocating such appropriation.
Such plan shall be subject to the approval of the speaker of the assem-
bly and the director of the budget and thereafter shall be included in a
resolution calling for the expenditure of such monies, which resolution
must be approved by a majority vote of all members elected to the assem-
bly upon a roll call vote:
