LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION honoring Josh Hafler upon the occasion of his
designation for special recognition by the 2015 SULLIVAN COUNTY DEMOCRAT
Men at Work Edition

WHEREAS, Individuals who give of their time and energies and serve the
best interests of their communities are an asset beyond remuneration and
cannot be sufficiently extolled; and
WHEREAS, Josh Hafler has given not only of his time and energies but
also of his competence, intelligence and leadership and consequently has
been designated for special honor; and
WHEREAS, This Legislative Body is justly proud to honor Josh Hafler
upon the occasion of his designation for special recognition by the 2015
SULLIVAN COUNTY DEMOCRAT Men at Work Edition; and
WHEREAS, Raised in Honesdale, Pennsylvania, Josh Hafler graduated from
Honesdale High School before beginning his illustrious Automotive
career; and
WHEREAS, General Manager of M&M Auto Group, Josh Hafler ensures the
profitability of the dealership by overseeing its various departments
including variable operations (sales and financing), fixed operations
(service and parts), and the business office (accounting and adminis-
tration); and
WHEREAS, In addition, he has been instrumental in planning, motivating
and coordinating the dealership's management and staff through leader-
ship and solid business practice; and
WHEREAS, Josh Hafler works tirelessly to create awareness for fatty
oxidation disorder, a genetic condition which his youngest son was born
with; and
WHEREAS, Throughout the entire period of his professional and communi-
ty service, a period of constructive involvement, Josh Hafler has stood
constant in dignity, good grace and humor; and
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body that those who
enhance the quality of life in their community and have shown a long and
sustained commitment to the maintenance of high standards in their
profession, certainly have earned the recognition and applause of all
the citizens of this great Empire State; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
honor Josh Hafler upon the occasion of his designation for special
recognition by the 2015 SULLIVAN COUNTY DEMOCRAT Men at Work Edition;
and be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran-
smitted to Josh Hafler.
