LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION honoring Lisa Faulhaber upon the occasion of her
designation as recipient of the Medical Staff Associate of the Year
Award by Kenmore Mercy Hospital

WHEREAS, It is the custom of this Legislative Body to recognize and pay
tribute to those individuals within the medical field who distinguish
themselves through professional excellence and who have made significant
contributions to the quality of life of citizens in the State of New
York; and
WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its long-
standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to honor Lisa
Faulhaber upon the occasion of her designation as recipient of the
Medical Staff Associate of the Year Award by Kenmore Mercy Hospital; and
WHEREAS, This auspicious award recognizes outstanding associates for
their service to the patients and staff; Lisa Faulhaber embodies the
spirit and the cherished ideals and values of Kenmore Mercy Hospital;
and
WHEREAS, A resident of Tonawanda, Lisa Faulhaber graduated cum laude
from the University of Buffalo with a degree in Physical Therapy in
2000; and
WHEREAS, In 2004, Lisa Faulhaber was employed by Catholic Health where
she worked for AthletiCare North; two years later, she became a member
of the physical therapy team at Kenmore Mercy Hospital, a position she
still holds today; and
WHEREAS, As a leader in her profession, Lisa Faulhaber has proven
herself to be a great asset to medicine and to the health and welfare of
the citizens of the State of New York; and
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body that when individ-
uals of such noble aims and accomplishments are brought to our atten-
tion, they should be celebrated and recognized by all the citizens of
this great Empire State; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
honor Lisa Faulhaber upon the occasion of her designation as recipient
of the Medical Staff Associate of the Year Award by Kenmore Mercy Hospi-
tal; and be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran-
smitted to Lisa Faulhaber.
