LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION commending Adelhardt Construction Corporation
upon the occasion of its designation for special recognition by The
Townwide Fund of Huntington, New York

WHEREAS, It is the practice of this Legislative Body to recognize that
the quality and character of life in the communities across New York
State are reflective of the concerned and dedicated efforts of those
businesses and individuals who would devote themselves to the welfare of
the community and its citizenry; and
WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its long-
standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to commend
Adelhardt Construction Corporation upon the occasion of its designation
for special recognition by The Townwide Fund of Huntington, New York, to
be celebrated at its Valentine's Red Tie Gala, on Thursday, February 12,
2015, at the Oheka Castle, Cold Spring Hills, New York; and
WHEREAS, The Townwide Fund of Huntington was founded in 1961, by a
group of private citizens who wanted to raise funds within the community
to assist the local charities which make our society stronger; and
WHEREAS, The Townwide Fund of Huntington jubilantly celebrates its
50th Anniversary, continually raising funds and infusing local organiza-
tions with the support they need to provide health and human services to
the residents of the Town of Huntington; and
WHEREAS, Adelhardt Construction Corporation of New York, New York,
proudly supports The Townwide Fund of Huntington; and
WHEREAS, This occasion presents an opportunity for this Legislative
Body to recognize and pay tribute to the Adelhardt Construction Corpo-
ration; and
WHEREAS, Adelhardt Construction Corporation has distinguished itself
in its profession and community involvement, and the Huntington communi-
ty has profited greatly from its dedication and service; now, therefore,
be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
commend Adelhardt Construction Corporation upon the occasion of its
designation for special recognition by The Townwide Fund of Huntington,
New York; and be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran-
smitted to the Adelhardt Construction Corporation.
