LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION honoring Devron Fallen, Jr. upon the occasion of
his induction into the Bishop Maginn High School Hall of Fame as a
Student-Athlete on May 1, 2015

WHEREAS, It is the custom of this Legislative Body to pay tribute to
outstanding athletes who have distinguished themselves through their
exceptional performance, attaining unprecedented success and the highest
level of personal achievement; and
WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its long-
standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to honor
Devron Fallen, Jr. upon the occasion of his induction into the Bishop
Maginn High School Hall of Fame as a Student-Athlete, celebrated at its
Induction Dinner on Friday, May 1, 2015, at Shaker Ridge Country Club,
Albany, New York; and
WHEREAS, Devron Fallen, Jr. is a 2001 graduate of Bishop Maginn High
School; and
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body that when individ-
uals of such noble aims and accomplishments are brought to our atten-
tion, they should be celebrated and recognized by all the citizens of
this great Empire State; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
honor Devron Fallen, Jr. upon the occasion of his induction into the
Bishop Maginn High School Hall of Fame as a Student-Athlete; and be it
further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran-
smitted to Devron Fallen, Jr.
