LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION honoring William and Pat Zagarino upon the occa-
sion of their designation as recipients of the Lifetime Achievement
Award by the Chamber of Commerce of the Bellmores on January 16, 2016

WHEREAS, It is the custom of this Legislative Body to recognize that the
quality and character of life in the communities across New York State
are reflective of the concerned and dedicated efforts of those individ-
uals who would devote themselves to the welfare of the community and its
citizenry; and
WHEREAS, William and Pat Zagarino have given not only of their time
and energies but also of their competence, intelligence and leadership
and consequently, have been designated for special honor; and
WHEREAS, This Legislative Body is justly proud to honor William and
Pat Zagarino upon the occasion of their designation as recipients of the
Lifetime Achievement Award by the Chamber of Commerce of the Bellmores
to be celebrated at its 2016 Installation Dinner, entitled "Wine & Dine
with the Bellmores", on Saturday, January 16, 2016, in Woodbury, New
York; and
WHEREAS, Owners of Zagarino Realty & Insurance, William and Pat Zagar-
ino have been called upon to contribute their time and talents to count-
less civic and charitable endeavors and have always given of themselves
unstintingly; and
WHEREAS, Throughout the entire period of their community service, a
period of constructive involvement, William and Pat Zagarino have stood
constant in dignity, good grace and humor; and
WHEREAS, Rare indeed is the impressive dedication shown by individuals
for the benefit of others which William and Pat Zagarino have displayed
throughout their lives; and
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body that those who
enhance the well-being and vitality of their community and have shown a
long and sustained commitment to excellence certainly have earned the
recognition and applause of all the citizens of this great Empire State;
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
honor William and Pat Zagarino upon the occasion of their designation as
recipients of the Lifetime Achievement Award by the Chamber of Commerce
of the Bellmores on January 16, 2016; and be it further
RESOLVED, That copies of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran-
smitted to William and Pat Zagarino.
