LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION commending 2nd Time Around The Track upon the
occasion of its designation as the 2015 Emerging Business by the Evans-
Brant Chamber of Commerce

WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to take note of and
publicly recognize those businesses within the State of New York which
have positively impacted their communities; and
WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its long-
standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to commend
2nd Time Around The Track upon the occasion of its designation as the
2015 Emerging Business by the Evans-Brant Chamber of Commerce, to be
celebrated at its Annual President's Award and Recognition Dinner on
Saturday, April 2, 2016, at Pioneer Camp and Retreat Center, Angola, New
York; and
WHEREAS, It is incumbent upon the people of the State of New York to
recognize and acknowledge those businesses within our midst who have
made significant contributions to the quality of life therein; and
WHEREAS, Located in Angola, New York, 2nd Time Around The Track is a
music and thrift store, offering a wide variety of new and gently used
goods, from records, CD's, and DVD's, to collectables, fashionable
clothing, shoes, and accessories for women, men and kids; and
WHEREAS, The success of 2nd Time Around The Track is in direct corre-
lation to the efforts of its staff, whose involvement is, and always has
been, characterized by an impressive commitment, an unbridled enthusi-
asm, and an uncompromising standard of excellence in all endeavors on
behalf of the organization and the community it serves; and
WHEREAS, This auspicious occasion presents an opportunity for this
Legislative Body to recognize and pay tribute to 2nd Time Around The
Track; and
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body that when businesses
of such noble aims and accomplishments are brought to our attention,
they should be celebrated and recognized by all the citizens of this
great Empire State; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
commend 2nd Time Around The Track upon the occasion of its designation
as the 2015 Emerging Business by the Evans-Brant Chamber of Commerce;
and be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran-
smitted to 2nd Time Around The Track.
