LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION honoring Susanne Krupp upon the occasion of her
designation for special recognition by the Orange County Interscholastic
Athletic Association as a 2016 Senior Scholar-Athlete

WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to act, in accord with
its long-standing traditions, to honor the achievements of its young
citizens and leaders of tomorrow, whose character and accomplishments
exemplify the ideals and values cherished by this great State and
Nation; and
WHEREAS, This Legislative Body is justly proud to honor Susanne Krupp
upon the occasion of her designation for special recognition by the
Orange County Interscholastic Athletic Association as a 2016 Senior
Scholar-Athlete; and
WHEREAS, Academically and athletically, Susanne Krupp has distin-
guished herself as a young woman of superlative ability, talent, and
maturity, establishing standards of excellence and achievement, purpose-
fulness of life, and responsibility rarely achieved in youthful years;
and
WHEREAS, Susanne Krupp, a student at Chapel Field Christian School, in
Pine Bush, New York, is ranked first in her class with a 97 GPA; she has
also participated in such sports as soccer, basketball and track and
field; and
WHEREAS, A member of National Honor Society, this esteemed young woman
is Valedictorian of her class, and serves as Class Vice President and
Student Body President; she is also a vital part of her school's Concert
Band and Jazz Band, and is captain of the track team; and
WHEREAS, Susanne Krupp has been called upon to contribute her time and
talents to countless civic and charitable endeavors and has always given
of herself unstintingly; she enjoys volunteering for numerous organiza-
tions to help others, and is a member of Youth Conquest for Christ; and
WHEREAS, An outstanding role model for her classmates, Susanne Krupp
has brought honor to her family, school, and community; and
WHEREAS, Susanne Krupp may stand with pride in her achievements, expe-
riencing the satisfaction of her labors and the joy of her accomplish-
ments, eager to face the challenge of new experiences as she continues
her education at Liberty University to major in Zoo Wildlife Biology;
and
WHEREAS, Susanne Krupp represents the potential inherent in our most
precious resource, our youth; this Legislative Body is pleased to honor
this young woman, recognizing her achievements and the promise of her
future; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
honor Susanne Krupp upon the occasion of her designation for special
recognition by the Orange County Interscholastic Athletic Association as
a 2016 Senior Scholar-Athlete; and be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran-
smitted to Susanne Krupp.
