LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION commemorating the 40th Anniversary of the Healey
Brothers Automotive Group
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to recognize that the
quality and character of life in the communities across New York State
are reflective of the concerned and dedicated efforts of those busi-
nesses and individuals that are devoted to the welfare of the community
and its citizenry; and
WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its long-
standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to commem-
orate the 40th Anniversary of the Healey Brothers Automotive Group; and
WHEREAS, Healey Brothers Automotive Group is the Hudson Valley's
premier authorized automobile dealership representing Chevrolet, Buick,
Ford, Lincoln, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Kia, Hyundai and Mitsubishi
vehicles; and
WHEREAS, Healey Brothers Automotive Group has been servicing the New
York, Connecticut, New Jersey and Pennsylvania areas for 40 years; its
showrooms and factory authorized service centers are conveniently
located in Goshen, Vails Gate, Beacon, Middletown and Poughkeepsie, New
York; and
WHEREAS, Remaining true to its mission, Healey Brothers Automotive
Group treats its customers with honesty, trust and respect; customers
can depend this vital business to provide them with the proper informa-
tion needed in buying or servicing their next new or pre-owned vehicle;
and
WHEREAS, Under the able leadership of its owners, Paul and Dwight
Healey, the Healey Brothers Automotive Group has provided the Hudson
Valley with quality service and customer satisfaction when it comes to
purchasing or servicing an automobile; and
WHEREAS, Over its distinguished 40 year history, Healey Brothers Auto-
motive Group has demonstrated continuous service to the residents and
communities which it serves; and
WHEREAS, The success of Healey Brothers Automotive Group is in direct
correlation to the efforts of its ownership and staff, whose involvement
is, and always has been, characterized by an impressive commitment, an
unbridled enthusiasm, and an uncompromising standard of excellence in
all endeavors on behalf of the organization and the community it serves;
and
WHEREAS, This auspicious occasion presents an opportunity for this
Legislative Body to recognize and pay tribute to the Healey Brothers
Automotive Group; and
WHEREAS, It is the custom of this Legislative Body that when busi-
nesses of such noble aims and accomplishments are brought to our atten-
tion, they should be recognized and applauded by all the citizens of
this great Empire State; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
commemorate the 40th Anniversary of the Healey Brothers Automotive
Group; and be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran-
smitted to Paul and Dwight Healey, Healey Automotive Group.
