LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION commending Heidi Pavese upon the occasion of her
designation for special recognition by the 2014 SULLIVAN COUNTY DEMOCRAT
honoring Professional Women and Women in Business
WHEREAS, Individuals who give of their time and energies and serve the
best interests of their communities are an asset beyond remuneration and
cannot be sufficiently extolled; and
WHEREAS, Heidi Pavese has given not only of her time and energies but
also of her competence, intelligence and leadership and consequently has
been designated for special honor; and
WHEREAS, This Legislative Body is justly proud to commend Heidi Pavese
upon the occasion of her designation for special recognition by the 2014
SULLIVAN COUNTY DEMOCRAT honoring Professional Women and Women in Busi-
ness; and
WHEREAS, Heidi Pavese's outstanding education includes: Tri-Valley
High School, Grahamsville, New York, bachelor's degree in Nursing, Mount
Saint Mary's College, Newburgh, New York, and master's degree and
Advanced Practice, Family Nurse Practitioner; and
WHEREAS, In addition, Heidi Pavese holds an American Academy of Nurse
Practitioner Board Certification; and
WHEREAS, For five years, Heidi Pavese has been an employee of Crystal
Run Health Care, and currently serves as Family Nurse Practitioner in
Internal Medicine; and
WHEREAS, Prior to her current position, Heidi Pavese worked in
Oncology/Hematology until 2013; and
WHEREAS, The most rewarding aspect of Heidi Pavese's job is taking
care of the community she grew up in and now resides and being able to
give back to Sullivan County; and
WHEREAS, Active in her community, Heidi Pavese is a member of the
Nurse Practitioners Association of New York, and is affiliated with the
Grahamsville Reformed Church; and
WHEREAS, Throughout the entire period of her community service, a
period of constructive involvement, Heidi Pavese has stood constant in
dignity, good grace and humor; and
WHEREAS, With her throughout has been her husband of 17 years, Bren-
dan, and their three sons, Taylor, Brendan, Jr., and Colin, all of whom
feel privileged to be a part of her life and rejoice in her achieve-
ments; and
WHEREAS, Rare indeed is the impressive dedication shown by an individ-
ual for the benefit of others which Heidi Pavese has displayed through-
out her life; and
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body that those who
enhance the quality of life in their community and have shown a long and
sustained commitment to the maintenance of high standards in their
profession, certainly have earned the recognition and applause of all
the citizens of this great Empire State; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
commend Heidi Pavese upon the occasion of her designation for special
recognition by the 2014 SULLIVAN COUNTY DEMOCRAT honoring Professional
Women and Women in Business; and be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran-
smitted to Heidi Pavese.
