SENATE RESOLUTION establishing a plan setting forth an itemized list of
grantees for a certain appropriation for the 2015-16 state fiscal year
for grants in aid for drug, violence, and crime control and prevention
programs; for grants that prevent domestic violence or aid victims of
domestic violence; grants for civil or criminal domestic violence legal
services; grants for law enforcement, anti-drug, anti-violence, crime
control and prevention programs; grants for rape crisis centers for
services to rape victims and programs to prevent rape, in underserved
areas, as required by a plan setting forth an itemized list of grantees
with the amount to be received by each, or the methodology for allocat-
ing such appropriation. Such plan shall be subject to the approval of
the temporary president of the senate and the director of the budget and
thereafter shall be included in a resolution calling for the expenditure
of such monies, which resolution must be approved by a majority vote of
all members elected to the senate upon a roll call vote; amending senate
resolution R6135 that establishes a plan setting forth an itemized list
of grantees for a certain appropriation for the 2014-15 state fiscal
year for grants in aid for drug, violence, and crime control and
prevention programs, in relation to setting forth a list of itemized
grantees for such appropriation.

RESOLVED, That pursuant to and as required by moneys appropriated in
section 1 of chapter 53 of the laws of 2015 which enacts the aid to
localities budget to the crime prevention and reduction strategies
program from the special revenue fund/Edward Byrne Memorial Grant
account for grants in aid for drug, violence, and crime control and
prevention programs. Such funds shall be apportioned pursuant to a
plan setting forth an itemized list of grantees with the amount to be
received by each, or the methodology for allocating such appropri-
ation. Such plan shall be subject to the approval of the temporary
president of the senate and the director of the budget and thereafter
shall be included in a resolution calling for the expenditure of such
monies, which resolution must be approved by a majority vote of all
members elected to the senate upon a roll call vote, in accordance
with the following schedule:

pursuant to chapter 53 of the laws of 2014 and reappropriated pursuant
to chapter 53 of the laws of 2015 which enacts the aid to localities
budget to the crime prevention and reduction strategies program from
the general fund/local assistance account, for grants for law enforce-
ment, anti-crime, anti-drug, crime control, treatment and prevention
programs shall be apportioned pursuant to a plan setting forth an
itemized list of grantees with the amount to be received by each, or
the methodology for allocating such appropriation. Such plan shall be
subject to the approval of the temporary president of the senate and
the director of the budget and thereafter shall be included in a
resolution calling for the expenditure of such monies, which resol-
ution must be approved by a majority vote of all members elected to
the senate upon a roll call vote, in accordance with the following
