SENATE RESOLUTION establishing a plan setting forth a methodology for
allocating certain appropriations for the 2016-2017 state fiscal year
for services and expenses related to recommendations of the senate task-
force on Lyme and tick borne diseases for services and expenses related
to women's health services; and for services and expenses related to
sexual assault kit testing. Such plan shall be subject to the approval
of the temporary president of the senate and the director of the budget
and thereafter shall be included in a resolution calling for the expend-
iture of such monies, which resolution must be approved by a majority
vote of all members elected to the senate upon a roll call vote; amend-
ing Senate Resolution R 3054 of 2015 establishing a plan setting forth
an itemized list of grantees for certain appropriations for the
2015-2016 state fiscal year

RESOLVED, That pursuant to and as required by moneys appropriated in
section 1 of chapter 53 of the laws of 2016 which enacts the aid to
localities, local assistance account from the center for community
health program for services and expenses related to recommendations of
the senate taskforce on Lyme and tick borne diseases. Such funds shall
be apportioned pursuant to a plan setting forth an itemized list of
grantees with the amount to be received by each, or the methodology
for allocating such appropriation. Such plan shall be subject to the
approval of the temporary president of the senate and the director of
the budget and thereafter shall be included in a resolution calling
for the expenditure of such monies, which resolution must be approved
by a majority vote of all members elected to the senate upon a roll
call vote, in accordance with the following schedule:

RESOLVED, That pursuant to and as required by moneys appropriated in
section 1 of chapter 53 of the laws of 2016 which enacts the aid to
localities, local assistance account from the center for community
health program for services and expenses related to sexual assault kit
testing. Such funds shall be transferred or suballocated to the divi-
sion of criminal justice services and or the division of state police.
Such funds shall be apportioned pursuant to a plan setting forth an
itemized list of grantees with the amount to be received by each, or
the methodology for allocating such appropriation. Such plan shall be
subject to the approval of the temporary president of the senate and
the director of the budget and thereafter shall be included in a
resolution calling for the expenditure of such monies, which resol-
ution must be approved by a majority vote of all members elected to
the senate upon a roll call vote, in accordance with the following
methodology:

The division of criminal justice
services, shall administer
reimbursement of the services and
expenses of local agencies engaged
in law enforcement for costs of
sexual assault kit testing, such
sum shall be payable on the audit
and warrant of the state comp-
troller on vouchers certified by
the commissioner of the division of
criminal justice services and the
chief administrative officer of the
law enforcement entity making such requisition
of services

nity Health Program moneys appropriated in section 1 of chapter 53 of
the laws of 2015 and as reappropriated in section 1 of chapter 53 of
the laws of 2016 which enacts the aid to localities, local assistance
account, related to women's health services. Such funds shall be
apportioned pursuant to a plan setting forth an itemized list of gran-
tees with the amount to be received by each, or the methodology for
allocating such appropriation. Such plan shall be subject to the
approval of the temporary president of the senate and the director of
the budget and thereafter shall be included in a resolution calling
for the expenditure of such monies, which resolution must be approved
by a majority vote of all members elected to the senate upon a roll
call vote, in accordance with the following schedule:
