SENATE RESOLUTION establishing a plan setting forth an itemized list of
grantees for a certain appropriation for the 2016-17 state fiscal year
for services and expenses of military base retention and research
efforts, as required by such appropriation; and establishing a plan
setting forth a list of grantees for certain appropriations for the
2014-15 state fiscal years for services and expenses of military base
retention and research efforts, as required by subdivision 5 of section
24 of the state finance law. These plans shall be subject to the
approval of the temporary president of the senate and the director of
the budget and thereafter this resolution must be approved by a majority
vote of all members elected to the senate upon a roll call vote
RESOLVED, That pursuant to, and as required by, moneys
appropriated in section 1 of chapter 53 of the laws of
2015 that enacts the aid to localities budget, to the New
York state urban development corporation under the econom-
ic development program from the general fund/local assist-
ance account for services and expenses of military base
retention and research efforts shall be allocated only
pursuant to a plan setting forth an itemized list of gran-
tees with the amount to be received by each, or the meth-
odology for allocating such appropriation. This plan,
which shall be subject to the approval of the temporary
president of the senate and the director of the budget and
thereafter shall be approved by a majority vote of all
members elected to the senate upon a roll call vote, is to
allocate such appropriation as follows:
