SENATE RESOLUTION establishing a plan setting forth an itemized list of
grantees for a certain appropriation for the 2016-17 state fiscal year
for grants in aid for drug, violence, and crime control and prevention
programs; for grants that prevent domestic violence or aid victims of
domestic violence; grants for civil or criminal domestic violence legal
services or veterans civil or criminal legal services; grants for law
enforcement, anti-drug, anti-violence, crime prevention and treatment
programs; and grants for law enforcement and emergency service agencies
for equipment and technology enhancements, as required by a plan setting
forth an itemized list of grantees with the amount to be received by
each, or the methodology for allocating such appropriation. Such plan
shall be subject to the approval of the temporary president of the
senate and the director of the budget and thereafter shall be included
in a resolution calling for the expenditure of such monies, which resol-
ution must be approved by a majority vote of all members elected to the
senate upon a roll call vote; amending senate resolution R3053 that
establishes a plan setting forth an itemized list of grantees for
certain appropriations for the 2015-16 state fiscal year as reappropri-
ated in the 2016-17 state fiscal year

RESOLVED, That pursuant to and as required by moneys appropriated in
section 1 of chapter 53 of the laws of 2016 which enacts the aid to
localities, local assistance account from the crime prevention and
reduction strategies program for grants in aid for drug, violence, and
crime control and prevention programs. Such funds shall be apportioned
pursuant to a plan setting forth an itemized list of grantees with the
amount to be received by each, or the methodology for allocating such
appropriation. Such plan shall be subject to the approval of the
temporary president of the senate and the director of the budget and
thereafter shall be included in a resolution calling for the expendi-
ture of such monies, which resolution must be approved by a majority
vote of all members elected to the senate upon a roll call vote, in
accordance with the following schedule:

RESOLVED, That pursuant to and as required by moneys appropriated in
section 1 of chapter 53 of the laws of 2015, as reappropriated in
section 1 of chapter 53 of the laws of 2016, which enacts the aid to
localities, local assistance account, for law enforcement and emergen-
cy services agencies for equipment and technology enhancements. Such
funds shall be apportioned pursuant to a plan setting forth an item-
ized list of grantees with the amount to be received by each, or the
methodology for allocating such appropriation. Such plan shall be
subject to the approval of the temporary president of the senate and
the director of the budget and thereafter shall be included in a
resolution calling for the expenditure of such monies, which resol-
ution must be approved by a majority vote of all members elected to
the senate upon a roll call vote, in accordance with the following
schedule:
