AMENDING rule V of the Assembly rules, in relation
to the limiting of the number of terms of the
minority leader of the assembly or the majority
leader of the assembly

RESOLVED, That Rule V of the Assembly rules is amended by adding a
new section 12 to read as follows:

ยง 12. No member of the legislature may be elected to serve more than
four consecutive two year terms as the minority leader of the assembly
or the majority leader of the assembly.
