COMMENDING Carmella's Cafe for more than three
decades of dedicated service to the economy of New
Hartford, New York

WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to recognize
illustrious culinary establishments which have positively impacted and
substantially contributed to the vitality of their communities; and

WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its
long-standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to
commend Carmella's Cafe for more than three decades of dedicated service
to the economy of New Hartford, New York; and

WHEREAS, Carmella's Cafe is proud to have been making homemade pasta
for over 30 years; its fresh pasta is made only from the finest
ingredients and topped only with one of its rich slow cooked sauces made
from family recipes; and

WHEREAS, Under the luminous leadership of Mike and Carmella Ezzo,
Carmella's Cafe has provided a friendly, open environment where patrons
can be treated like family; and

WHEREAS, Carmella's Cafe is re-dedicating its efforts to the
original idea of finding good food, value and fun and casual, friendly
surroundings; and

WHEREAS, Over the years, Carmella's Cafe has positively impacted the
town of New Hartford, and has enhanced the economic vitality of
communities throughout New York State; and

WHEREAS, It is with great pleasure that this Legislative Body
acknowledges this exceptional business and its contributions to the
local and State economies, fully confident that it will continue to
enjoy the sparkling successes it has experienced thus far; now,
therefore, be it

RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
commend Carmella's Cafe for more than three decades of dedicated service
to the economy of New Hartford, New York; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be
transmitted to Mike and Carmella Ezzo, Owners, Carmella's Cafe.
