HONORING Tammy Artusa upon the occasion of her
designation for special recognition after 25 years
of dedicated service to Seely & Durland Insurance
Inc.

WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body that those who
enhance the quality of life in their community and have shown a long and
sustained commitment to the maintenance of high standards in their
profession, certainly have earned the recognition and applause of all
the citizens of this great Empire State; and

WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its
long-standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to honor
Tammy Artusa upon the occasion of her designation for special
recognition after 25 years of dedicated service to Seely & Durland
Insurance Inc.; this momentous occasion was recognized with a
celebration in her honor at Trattoria Viviano in Warwick, New York; and

WHEREAS, Tammy Artusa began her illustrious career with Seely &
Durland Insurance as a member of the Personal Lines Department in
November of 1992; and

WHEREAS, Just one year later, Tammy Artusa became a licensed
insurance agent before being promoted to a Commercial Lines Certified
Client Relations Professional in May of 1997, during which time she
began handling business accounts; and

WHEREAS, In December of 2002, Tammy Artusa was promoted to Client
Relations Professional Supervisor, the esteemed position she continues
to hold today; in this capacity, she implements procedures, trains the
firm's staff, and diligently guides her clients; and

WHEREAS, A truly valued member of the firm, Tammy Artusa has been
the cornerstone of Seely & Durland Insurance for more than two decades;
she can be trusted in any capacity, and she leads by example with her
professionalism and love of the insurance industry; and

WHEREAS, The success of Seely & Durland Insurance is in direct
correlation to the efforts of Tammy Artusa, whose involvement is, and
always has been, characterized by an impressive commitment, an unbridled
enthusiasm, and an uncompromising standard of excellence in all
endeavors on behalf of the agency and the community it serves; and

WHEREAS, Tammy Artusa continues to render faithful, conscientious
and valuable service to Seely & Durland Insurance, earning the
admiration, esteem and affection of her colleagues; and

WHEREAS, It is the custom of this Legislative Body that when
individuals of such noble aims and accomplishments are brought to our
attention, they should be celebrated and recognized by all the citizens
of this great Empire State; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
honor Tammy Artusa upon the occasion of her designation for special
recognition after 25 years of dedicated service to Seely & Durland
Insurance Inc.; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be
transmitted to Tammy Artusa.
