HONORING Kyle Swiat upon the occasion of her
designation as recipient of the Women in
Manufacturing Award by Buffalo Business First on May
15, 2018

WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body that those who
enhance the quality of life in their community and have shown a long and
sustained commitment to the maintenance of high standards in their
profession, certainly have earned the recognition and applause of all
the citizens of this great Empire State; and

WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its
long-standing traditions, it is the sense of this Legislative Body to
honor Kyle Swiat upon the occasion of her designation as recipient of
the Women in Manufacturing Award by Buffalo Business First, to be
celebrated at its 2018 Manufacturing Awards Ceremony on Tuesday, May 15,
2018, at Salvatore's Italian Gardens in Depew, New York; and

WHEREAS, The unity of our State and Nation is built upon the
compassion of individuals such as Kyle Swiat who uphold the values of
community life and who, through their great actions, epitomize the best
of humanity; and

WHEREAS, Kyle Swiat is employed at Sti-Co Industries Inc. in Orchard
Park, New York; and

WHEREAS, The success of Sti-Co Industries Inc. is in direct
correlation to the efforts of Kyle Swiat, whose involvement is, and
always has been, characterized by an impressive commitment, an unbridled
enthusiasm, and an uncompromising standard of excellence in all
endeavors on behalf of the business and the community it serves; and

WHEREAS, Kyle Swiat has been called upon to contribute her time and
talents to countless civic and charitable endeavors and has always given
of herself unstintingly; and

WHEREAS, Rare indeed is the impressive dedication shown by an
individual for the benefit of others which Kyle Swiat has displayed
throughout her life; and

WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to publicly
recognize those extraordinary individuals who have made contributions to
the success and progress of society in the course of their life's work;
and

WHEREAS, This Legislative Body is pleased to have this opportunity
to express its highest admiration for Kyle Swiat, and to wish her
continued success in all of her future endeavors; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
honor Kyle Swiat upon the occasion of her designation as recipient of
the Women in Manufacturing Award by Buffalo Business First on May 15,
2018; and be it further


RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be
transmitted to Kyle Swiat.
