Senate Resolution No. 3064
BY: Senator FLANAGAN
AMENDING a plan setting forth an itemized list of
grantees for a certain appropriation for the
2014-2015 state fiscal year for services and
expenses of military base retention and research
efforts, as required by subdivision 5 of section 24
of the state finance law. This plan shall be subject
to the approval of the temporary president of the
Senate and the director of the budget and thereafter
this resolution must be approved by a majority vote
of all members elected to the senate upon a roll
call vote
RESOLVED, That Resolution 3052 of 2015 is hereby amended to read
as follows:
