Senate Resolution No. 3066

ESTABLISHING a plan setting forth a methodology
for allocating certain appropriations for the
2017-2018 state fiscal year for services and
expenses related to recommendations of the senate
taskforce on Lyme and tick borne diseases and for
services and expenses related to women's health
services. Such plan shall be subject to the
approval of the temporary president of the senate
and the director of the budget and thereafter shall
be included in a resolution calling for the
expenditure of such monies, which resolution must be
approved by a majority vote of all members elected
to the senate upon a roll call vote; amending Senate
Resolution R 3054 of 2015 establishing a plan
setting forth an itemized list of grantees for
certain appropriations for the 2015-2016 state
fiscal year

RESOLVED, That pursuant to and as required by moneys appropriated
in section 1 of chapter 53 of the laws of 2017 which enacts the aid to
localities, local assistance account from the center for community
health program for services and expenses related to recommendations of
the senate taskforce on Lyme and tick borne diseases. Such funds shall
be apportioned pursuant to a plan setting forth an itemized list of
grantees with the amount to be received by each, or the methodology
for allocating such appropriation. Such plan shall be subject to the
approval of the temporary president of the senate and the director of
the budget and thereafter shall be included in a resolution calling
for the expenditure of such monies, which resolution must be approved
by a majority vote of all members elected to the senate upon a roll
call vote, in accordance with the following schedule:
